It’s Fruitcake Time!
Fruitcake season is upon us and I want to share my fruitcake recipes with you in my LIVE online cooking class this Sunday, November 29th, at 3:00 pm Eastern/12 noon Pacific time. It’s called “Fruitcake 101” and we’ll be baking cakes, and learning how to season with spirits, store, and share these traditional holiday treats.
What’s Fruitcake 101?
It’s my latest LIVE online cooking class, where I share recipes and love of cooking via video. The cost is $25, and the class with last 1 1/2 to 2 hours. You’ll view the class from my Private Fruitcake 101 Facebook Group, which I’ll invite you to join as soon as your payment notice arrives. You can cook along with me or watch later — the class will be recorded and available to you anytime, going forward.
What’s on the Menu?
We’ll be making two classic Southern fruitcakes, while learning all about ingredients, traditions, and history, along with how you can make beautiful, delicious fruitcakes to enjoy and share through the holiday season.
How Do I Register?
To register, you make your $25 payment to me through my PayPal Account or my Venmo account. Here are my account details:

Once I’ve received your payment, I’ll send you the “Welcome to Fruitcake 101 Class” email, including the link for you to enter our private Fruitcake 101 Facebook Group. I’ll be posting about fruitcake and fruitcake adjacent things through the week.
You can prepare your ingredients and cook along with me; or watch me and bake later. Either way, you can return to our private Facebook Fruitcake 101 group and watch it as many times as you like.
You can go to the group any time before the class. I’ll be sharing some posts there in advance, and when it’s time for class, you will click simply come into our private group and join the class. You can watch and learn, or bake along with me if you’d like.
